The world's fastest supercomputer "Milky Way II"

International TOP500 Organization announced that the latest global computer 500 ranking, China University of Defense Technology developed "Milky Way II" topped the list, "Milky Way II" floating-point operations per second speed of 33.86 petaflops, compared with the first two, U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge national Laboratory, "Titans" supercomputer fast approaching a fold.
